Baptcare’s Executive Team have been drawn from both inside and outside the not-for-profit care and support services sector to ensure it has the right depth and breadth of experience to meet the current industry challenges and increasing competition.

    Geraldine Lannon

    Chief Executive Officer

    Qualifications:
    Master of Business Administration; Certificate in Public Sector Management; Certificate in Health Service Management; Bachelor of Science (Nursing); GAICD
    Experience:
    Geraldine joined Baptcare as CEO in 2022. She has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, predominantly across metropolitan and rural Western Australian public health and community services. Geraldine is committed to empowering staff to achieve care and support excellence for our residents, customers, clients and participants and is passionate about supporting teams to provide meaningful and personalised care and support services.
    Other information:
    Geraldine is also a Director of the Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA); and a Director of the Health Round Table which focuses on continuous quality improvement in health care. She has been recognised for her services in public health receiving a Western Australian Health Award and was also a finalist in the Telstra Women’s Business Awards in 2015.

    Leanne Beveridge

    Chief People Officer

    Qualifications:
    Master of Business Administration; Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management; Bachelor of Arts (Politics & Sociology majors, minor in Psych); GAICD; Graduate Certificate NLP; Diploma of International Yoga; Hogan Psychometrics, MSCEIT.
    Experience:
    Leanne is a Human Resources professional with an extensive strategic and operational executive leadership background in the Health, Infrastructure, Energy, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail and Agribusiness sectors. She has outstanding leadership and strategic planning abilities to support business outcomes and develop innovative human resources approaches.
    Other information:
    Leanne is a non-executive director at Donald Cant Watts Corke, sits on the Business Advisory Council for World Vision Australia, the Australian Industry Group Victorian State Council, and is also a practising yoga teacher. She has an open and inclusive leadership style with a proven ability to develop and motivate highly successful teams to achieve best practices in business excellence.

    Silvia Alberti

    Chief Operating Officer

    Qualifications:
    Master of Social Work; Bachelor of Social Work; Executive Leadership Program VLDC; AICD
    Experience:
    Silvia is an experienced senior executive who has worked within the government, community services and health sectors. Originally a social worker and therapist, her shift from clinical work to management has been supported through extensive training, including the two-year Executive Leadership Program at the Victorian Leadership Development Centre and with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
    Other information:
    Silvia’s role with Baptcare extends her career-long interest in effective care for people in need. Her depth of clinical knowledge and expertise across specialist areas and systems underpins her ability to support, reform and embed service, system, and operational improvement.

    Andrew Stephens

    Chief Financial Officer

    Qualifications:
    GAICD; FCPA; CMA; MBA, PG Dip Business Finance, PG Dip Industrial Relations; Bachelor of Commerce
    Experience:
    Andrew is a business, commercial and finance executive with more than three decades of experience. As the Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director or General Manager of local and international companies he has led corporate expansion programs and business transformation projects across a wide range of sectors including Aged Care, hospitality, property services, health, transport, luxury good and commercial electronics.
    Other information:
    Andrew’s quest to align his passion, faith, mission, finance and business leadership skills in a setting where he can give back to the community was realised when he joined Baptcare in 2021.

    Suzanne Hall

    Chief Information Officer

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Chemical Engineering; Chief Information Officer (CIO) 50 list 2023, 2022, 2017
    Experience:
    Suzanne is a passionate Information Technology leader wanting to make a meaningful difference and improve outcomes through technology in the not-for-profit sector. For the last ten years Suzanne has been working invalues-based government and not-for-profit organisations, and in the decade prior to that Suzanne worked in the corporate sector.
    Other information:
    Suzanne has a proven track record across all components of IT management with a strong focus on leading transformation programs that challenge the status quo, building effective technology partnership frameworks and making long-term customer-centric improvements.

    Ray Bongiorno

    Executive General Manager, Property

    Qualifications:
    Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology, Extensive Property Management skills through decades-long experience in the architecture and property industry.
    Experience:
    Ray has significant and diverse experience in property and project management, including senior management roles in consultancy-based businesses. He is committed to making a meaningful difference for our residents by ensuring the aged care homes we develop provide the best care and accommodation solutions.
    Other information:
    Ray has post-graduate qualifications in Gerontology and has expanded his knowledge and application of best practices in state-of-the-art residential aged care homes through international study tours.
