Mental health support
On this page:
Across Tasmania, we provide mental health support for some of the state’s most vulnerable people.
We do this through three programs: Foundations, Choices, and Horizons. These programs are grouped together under the name ‘Mindset Tasmania’.
Our programs are evidence-informed and evidence-based, which means we use established practices and these have been tested through research and are proven to achieve the right outcomes for participants.
Many of the people who work in each program also have lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery. This means they understand what you’re going through and can provide the right type of support in partnership with clinical mental health practitioners.
