Located on the peaceful fringes of Frankston and Mount Eliza, Peninsula View is a welcoming coastal community where you can soak up the sun and fresh air of the peninsula.
There’s plenty of lush greenery around, both surrounding us and carpeting the grounds of our community. With sweeping views of the Moorooduc Plains and the Frankston Nature Conservation Reserve just around the corner, you’ll hear the song of birds in the morning and evening. Or be able to spot them in our blossoming trees while relaxing in the courtyards with friends and family.
The corridors of our community are equally as lively. You’ll see plenty of smiles and feel a warm and welcoming community, where everything is designed to support your happiness and independence.
Peninsula View Community is also co-located with Baptcare’s well-renowned and highly regarded Peninsula View Retirement Living apartments.
Living well together
We’re a thriving community at Peninsula View
At Peninsula View, every day is uniquely designed around you, because that’s what exceptional care looks like. We’re a close-knit and connected community, but we know—and celebrate—that every person is different. So, we take the time to learn your story, understand what makes life meaningful for you, and then support you to ensure it’s part of your lifestyle each day.
You’ll have access to the high-quality care you need for peace of mind, and support to embrace your favourite activities, passions or even just the little things that make a place feel like home. Whether you prefer to get involved with our bustling schedule of activities, nurture your love of time spent developing the garden, or just have a chat with friends while soaking up the sun and sea air in the wide-open spaces of our home, you’ll have the support, independence and care to live your way.
Live well, your way
Living well looks different for everybody. Whatever you love to do—whatever makes your day and makes life meaningful—we’re here to make it happen.
Some of the hobbies and activities we support residents with include:
- Art and gardening are both very popular here. Sometimes, we even mix the two: we have terraces where residents love to unleash their creative spirit, with hanging gardens and wall gardens on location too.
- We love to support people in safely heading out into the community, with a community bus that frequently heads to the beach, cafes in Frankston and Mornington, parks and shopping centres.
- Furry friends are very popular here at Peninsula View, and we have visiting pups regularly on site from Monday to Friday. They very rarely need to ask for a pat or some attention!
- We have regular concerts and entertainers, including musical performances and dancing. The most popular crowd favourites always get a second gig.
What's important to you?
These are some examples, but living well looks different for every person. It’s all about taking the time to understand your preferences, hobbies and passions. We’d love to chat through your favourite things to do when you visit us for a tour.

A range of delicious options every day
Choice is important in every aspect of life at Peninsula View. Food is no exception. You’ll have the choice of two hot options for lunch and dinner, and sometimes three. There are fresh sandwiches and salads available for lunch and dinner, and bowls of fresh seasonal fruit you can enjoy throughout the day, every day.
Personalised dietary preferences
We have regular food focus meetings with residents to help decide the types of meals we offer. While our base menu is approved by a specialised dietitian, we adjust the menu based on your feedback, preferences and individual dietary needs.
