When you join our Home Care team the work you do and who you are makes a difference to the daily lives of vulnerable members of the community.

Our Baptcare Home Services team support people to maintain their independence, health and social life to live the life they want to live in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, and in the wider community.

Our teams provide home care support services directly to the home, and through a number of Government funded home care packages, including Short Term Restorative Care Program (STRC) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
